How to Access the College Student Inventory Survey

• Go to: http://studentsuccess.noellevitz.com
• Enter your user name by typing sp06 along with the first letter of your first name and your complete last name; for example:

  sp06jsmith

• Enter your Student ID number as your password (your student ID begins 800…). If you do not know your student ID number, ask your First Year Seminar Instructor.
• Once logged in, you may begin the survey. Read questions carefully and answer honestly.

If you experience problems logging into CSI (College Student Inventory), contact your First Year Seminar instructor for assistance.
