About the Student Success Center (SSC)
The Student Success Center (SSC) is under development using funding provided by a Title III grant. The Center is the main source of academic advice for students in their academic career at SCCC and beyond. Some of the services we currently provide, or will in the near future, are:
- A resource for exploring majors, colleges, and careers
- Laptops for personal, educational, and career goal exploration
- Access to advisors at times that most suite the student's schedule
- A single location for placement testing
- A bridge between Seward County Community College and the Colvin Adult Learning Center
- A centralized resource for student services available through SCCC.
The Center is located in the Hobble Academic Building, room A149, on the main campus. The hours are Monday thru Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
