· Keep passport valid

· Always carry I-94

· Complete 12 hours each semester

· ALWAYS visit with the ISS advisor BEFORE dropping any classes

· Request an extension PRIOR to current I-20 expiration in item #5 on the I-20

· Tell the ISS advisor if you plan to transfer to another college or university

· Get a new I-20 for any change in major

· After you finish your degree, leave the U.S. within 60 days

· Do NOT work off campus without prior authorization

· Do NOT work on campus more than 10 hours per week while school is in session

· Report any change in local address to the ISS advisor

· Have the ISS advisor sign your I-20 if traveling outside the U.S.

· Follow US-VISIT border entry and exit procedures

· Follow Special Registration requirements, if applicable
