Admissions Procedures: New
Students
- Complete an Application for Admission.
- Submit an official high school transcript
(including final grades, grade point average,
class ranking, and date of graduation) or an
official copy of a GED Certificate.
- Submit official transcript from each
college/university attended.
- Submit ACT scores or take the COMPASS
Placement Assessment given at SCCC.
- Complete a Scholarship Application and
submit to the Financial Aid Office; April 1 for
Fall Semester and November 1 for Spring
Semester are priority dates, although
applications are accepted throughout the
year.
- Complete a Free Application for Student
Financial Aid (FAFSA) for Federal
Aid.
- Schedule an appointment time for an
enrollment clinic and/or meet with an
advisor.
- Complete the registration/enrollment
process as instructed by the Admissions
Office.
- For students wanting to live in the Student
Living Center, complete Student Housing
Contract and submit with required deposit.
