The Wellness Center has joined forces with Liberal’s K-State Research and Extension Office to provide Seward County with a year-long wellness initiative. The Wellness Center is also working with a number of local organizations as well.

Wellness Center

 

 

 

Are you looking to enjoy fitness activities on your own or to participate in a structured program? Visit the SCCC/ATS Wellness Center. The Wellness Center has just what you need, weight machines, free weights, walking track, aerobic classes, swimming and more. Now is the time to join, so call or stop by the Wellness Center on the campus of Seward County Community College/Area Technical School.

   

Aquatics Center

 

The college has a six lane, seventy five foot swimming pool, which is three feet deep at the shallow end and has a thirteen foot dive well. Temperature of the pool is kept at eighty-six degrees for the arthritic classes that are held through the physical education program. Many classes are offered that utilize the aquatics center such as: scuba diving, and aquarobics.

 

 

 

Challenge Course

 

 

 

 

We have a great way to build community and team building here at SCCC/ATS. If you have never heard of our challenge course, we provide you with a fun and effective way to build teamwork within your business, organization, school, and more. The Challenge Course is open for everyone, so, come by and check us out. Challenge Course Brochure
